Why did you help Blue take Green's spot at 8:07? And why didn't you help Black take Green's spot at 6:00? Blue started clearly in the best position and Black in the worst. It seems that your awareness about the tactical situation during this game was off.
Definitely distracted but commentary while streaming haha so entirely possible it wasn’t optimal play - at 8:07 it was really a gamble on the trade bc I didn’t produce any sheep so I was weighing that vs the risk of people not trading later when I needed it. Close call
@@PushaWheatsCatan sure, you don't produce sheep, and that's why it's strange that you declined Black's offer sheep-for-wood at 6:00. Black will always have surplus sheep for trade, and you've already reassured them in the chat that you are going to trade them road materials. Giving Black that wood would allow them to take the wheat port from Green, a port that is useless to Black and useful to Green. I was really frustrated that you didn't even consider these possibilities during the game. Surely I understand that playing your best game while recording and commentating is not the easiest thing to do.
