Exit this video if the quality takes forever to go to the highest setting. Then click on my video again. Pause the video as soon as it plays, change the quality to the highest setting, and then press play. It will only take a few seconds until the quality is high, but it's better to do it this way than to wait mid-video for the quality to improve, if ykwim. By the way, I'm not sure how to make the quality good for the whole video, but just keep doing what I said when you watch any videos of mine
