Thanks for doing this video and mentioning Racetech, I found a video they made about the emulator. I was considering purchasing an Andreani Misano cartridge kit but this may be a more cost effective solution for my application. 🍻
Hi Ben, another good awareness video for your fellow himmy trailers! Did you drill holes into your damper rod? If yes then what size and how many? I believe it was 2nos. 8mm holes parallel above to the existing small holes at the bottom of damper rod and 2nos. 8mm perpendicular to it. Did you also get brazing done to the top holes on the damper rod? YSS recommend these for the emulators to work. I have been using 4nos. 6mm holes instead of 8mm so would be nice to get a different feedback. Ciao for now. And keep up the good work mate 😊
Another informative video.. Thank you for the effort for making such videos.. Can we get only the YSS preload adjusters alone? I knew that we can use the one from the Marsh Auto.. which is better? But please let me know your suggestions.
Hey Ben, I am also a Himalayan owner who likes dirt riding....so High Five!!!...I have a question i.e. When you change the oil seal of this YSS spring which oil seal do you use and where do you get those seals? Does the OEM seal work here?
