For Fried Noodles -
Boiled Noodles - 1 cup
Cornstarch - 1 tbsp
Oil - For Frying
For Soup -
Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped - 2 tsp
Garlic chopped - 2 tsp
Onion chopped - 2 tbsp
Beans chopped - 2 tbsp
Carrots shredded - 2 tbsp
Mushrooms chopped - 2 tbsp
Cabbage shredded - 4 tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Vinegar - ½ tbsp
