Your info in 9:56 is not quite right, Trams here in Australia mainly for public transport, not only for tourists purposes only in some states, is used only in Melbourne , and powered by electricity connected to a powerline above, begin running from depot to its allocated destination till end of shift.. But your clip doesn't show any... besides thetres no tram tracks.
That's not solar panels, it's mirrors. They concentrate all the sunlight on the tip of that tower in the middle, heating water that runs a steam turbine.
