BE AWARE OF POST ROLL ADS: Due to an update from RUclips, I can no longer manually turn off post-roll ads on my videos. However a post-roll ad is not guaranteed, and they are not SUPPOSED to play on “sleep aid” videos (like this one!)

OPTIONS FOR VIEWERS:
Scroll all the way to the end of the video, if there is a post roll ad, let it play. Once you’ve done that, you can go back to the beginning of the video and the post roll ad should no longer play when the video is over.
On iPhone: Set a sleep timer ⏱️ Go to the clock app, hit the Timer tab, set the timer for about a minute before the video is supposed to end. Under “When Timer Ends” scroll and select “Stop Playing.” This will stop all media from playing once the time is up.
For Android: Install “Sleep Timer (Audio & Visual)” or similar, and set it to about 1 minute less than the length of the video you want to play.

Little tip! if you're on your phone you can place finger on the video title and pull it down (swipe down) and the video goes in a "fullscreen" mode while the video stays the same size and fills the rest of the screen with black ❤

Hi Luna...had the absolute worst day today, I found out my close friend of 4 years was talking really badly about me behind my back and it's really screwed me up. This helped me so much 😭. sounds silly, but I am a massive overthinker with anxiety and anger issues, and it’s 4am, I was spontaneously tempted to clean my room before my parents get pissed but I just couldn’t finish it. I desperately needed sleep and I didn’t feel good enough and I felt stupid for not being able to finish such a simple task. This helped me soooo soooooooooo much thankyou Luna.
