I heard sub feels pretty easy as it’s not as reactionary as outlaw. But I also heard that sub is very specific to groups since you have to take advantage of your uncapped aoe so it’s best to play with a tank who pulls to your benefit, idk how true that is.
yeah thats pretty accurate. for sub you just need to master 8 seconds of rotation while in your dance window - outside of that its just maintenance or rupture, snd, then powder or evis spam. you def need bigger pulls to get value out of sub though
its fine to use it on symbols, the goal is to always have a finality rupture up BEFORE you enter dance. and yes, multipliers affect the damage, but its usually not worth it to rupture during dance unless its your very first spender of the pull
I have a question for you: I'm trying to find another dagger for my 2nd hand. Which one is the best ? Because I can use the same dagger you have but should I try to find the Valor one ? (crit / mast). Also using 2 daggers increase your DPS a lot or not that much ?

No, you want to send on cd most of the time. That was something that i chose poor words to try to explain in my sub guide. I meant to say "always have them paired with A cd if you can", and then i went over some the examples. I wrote a pinned comment on that video to try to prevent further miscommunication once that was brought to my attention of my poor word choice, but i dont know if everyone reads that. Some people understoof what i was saying, others did not, but thats my fault
Watch the top 10 mistakes video on my channel - if you follow those tips and prioritize the correct procs, you shouldn't really have energy issues. However, if youre playing greenskin whisker talent, youre going to find yourself a lil more energy starved than you would playing the CTO build as well
puzzle box is pretty solid for sub, especially on aoe openers with all cds avail, so it's def a viable trinket, but from what i've researched, other trinkets just beat it out overall. Id imagine puzzle box might be better in some situations, like in AA or NO, or dungeons where you know your tank is pulling huge, but in dungeons like cos, i dont imagine youd get huge value out of it due to the lower mob count and smaller pull sizes
I think you're asking if i use sec tech AFTER dance? We want to use sec tech during dance - i may have messed up once and tried to get too many danse macabre stacks and lost my SD window, but you want to send sec tech during dance always
im stuck in sub gear for now while guild is on raz prog and while im starved for spark pieces- and i also do have an outlaw court of stars vid up too! dont worry, i will still cover ALL things related to rogue on the channel :)

Best is 424 dagger from broodkeeper, a 421 dagger from m+vault, or 418 crafted dagger w crit mast

@snger3870 in most situations, yes, unless a pack is going to die and you wouldn't get full usage oit of the cd
Not Sub related but I’m seeming to have lots of issues with having no energy a lot of the time on Outlaw. Any tips?

is it specially that you use st when shadow dance is over? isnt sd boost st better then powder?

churpie what's the crit cap on outlawr rouge ? i got 40%
thats perfect - dont want to go over 40 - better off dumping extra stats into vers till 30ish at that point
