I tried all solutions available on internet including RUclips but non of them worked. But one thing that worked is - 1. Close all apps running in background. 2. Turn on Aeroplane mode then turn off 3. Restart your smartphone. It's worked!!!!

@@TeacherRockieofficial Thanks but I did that as well, I'm not sure what it is but it seems to only work on youtube, but any other website I try to go to and it just won't allow it and I get that same error message. I thought maybe if I downloaded another app that was a browser app, that it would alleviate or fix this issue, but it seems to be happening on all the browsers which means it's not browser related, I think it has to do with that specific phone that I was using, because on my other phone it seems to work no problem. I don't know if I have to give my phone a hard reboot or something or a factory reset or something, God I hope I don't have to do that, but who knows.
