I love that you use the word pro aging and not anti aging. Look our best, but be proud of our years. My dad (80) said the other day, " i am happy that I am getting older". Right? Take care of our health, feel good, and most important be proud💖

That doesn’t matter - procedures aren’t a substitute for everyday consistency and being knowledgeable - a procedure doesn’t cancel out good skincare and paying attention.

I’m only 28 but have been taking care of my skin since I was 25 (fitness, sunscreen, etc) and now that I’m approaching my 30’s I’ve been more strict with my skincare routine. Thank you for teaching me and everyone else about taking care of our selves.
Your posture is fantastic. My doctor said my shoulders (age 44) are starting to round forward, which is common. Trying to correct this is a 24/7 chore. But your shoulders are perfectly positioned and you're not even trying. Bravo!
@Linnea Simchah I'm an avid follower of Dominique, too, and agree totally with how great she looks and how good her posture is. But I also know from previous videos (and personal experience!) that she works for it!!! She does yoga and works out regularly. The specific exercises she does contribute to her great posture and toned body. Check out her video/s on her workout routine!!

I’ve been using Strivectin neck tightening cream for a year now and have noticed a big difference. The crepiness around my chest is gone. I’m keen to try their eye firming cream as well. I’ll keep an eye out for the SPF’s for the face and body. Thanks for the suggestions Dominique.

You hit upon so many areas of concern. I love that you stress we can't expect to have the skin of younger women, but we can certainly do our best to keep our skin in top condition. I have been using the drug store products No 7 or Roc line corrector serum for around the lip area, which helps diminish the appearance of the fine lines.
Thank thank you for this video, I turned 52 in January over the last four months everything changing in my complexion, and the neck/chin drives me crazy. What!!!! A non chalky SPF!!!! Awesome.

The reason sunscreen may leave a white cast is because it is a mineral sunscreen with zinc as one of it's attive ingredients. If there is no cast then you are (sorry!) using a chemical sunscreen. One reflects the sunscreen rays, one absorbs them. Both equally effective. This one is a chemical sunscreen but with very nice inactive ingredients. I think i will try it.

Great video and products features. I, too, used to "bake" in the sun. My skin tans very quickly still to this day. I was not diligent about sunscreen in my younger years, but I was about cleansing my face. Now I use sunscreen each day and moisturizer with SPF, too. My skin has also become crepy, but more than that, it is ITCHY! I've seen a dermatologist. She gave me anti-itch creme and lotion for my scalp. I thought I had bugs on my head! When I started sharing with other women in my age group, they said they experience the same and it is a symptom of menopause. Oy! Have you had this issue? Thanks for another great video!
I don't tan at all exactly the opposite and I find my skin is dry and itchy too. I am about to turn 52 May 28 WOOT WOOT 🎉 . I still have a youthful appearance with the knowledge of an older person. It's the best of both worlds

I am so glad you talked about the Kopari sun shield. I went full on Kopari a few years back....coconut skin cream, deodorant, oil pullers. I did not know about the sun shield...so thanks. The Beekman primer & they have a face oil....but, the soap! I have always moisturized after my shower & still do, with the goat cream, but I could honestly skip it because my skin feels so soft after showering just from the soap. Great news about Strivectin as well. Thank you always for the testing you do for us so you can share & we have a foot up as they say.😘
