The Vera Bradley bags can be washed. Just turn them inside out, and you can usually slide the cardboard out and then put it back in when the bag is dry. I do it all the time.
They can be worth money if the right brand. Friend found ones worth right at $350 so check them out. You got to stop throwing stuff on top of other stuff you don't know about cause some stuff is worth more.

Been watching and learned A lot from y'all..even picked Myrtle on vacation this spring and visited Karen & Larry's Goodwill..tho they were gone..and made enough scores to cover gas and food all the way back to KY..I know you go over everything at home even if you don't on camera..but DO NOT sleep on Books.. college textbooks are 1.of my biggest sellers..and fast..so check them books..Everytime!

I'm a Vera Bradley girl. You can remove the cardboard on bottom, because there is a slit on the end edge. But now they put plastic in them. I wash any bag, except black and white, they will bleed. I use spray shout on stains, let it soak then I use a vegetable brush to clean the spots, from georgia. then wash in a bucket. That works so I've never put in washer.
Most all of Vera Bradley is machine washable. The cardboard insert, in the bottom, comes out, so you can wash the bag. If the bottom doesn't come out, its usually plastic. Also, you can sell the flawed bags in a lot as a Vera repair lot.

The cardboard slides out of the bottom of the Vera Bradley bags. Wash them in cold and hang them to dry. Once dry, slide the cardboard back in.

FYI. I wash my Vera bags all the time. Most of them you can turn inside out and remove the cardboard or plastic insert. Then re-insert when dry.

The cardboard is removable in those Vera Bradley bags with cardboard at the bottom, so you can take it out and wash them.

That hinged bracelet is called a panel bracelet. It is silver from Siam. You'll probably see the markings. It is possibly from the 1940-50's.
