Love the show. Interesting ad placement for the bourbon. Speaking of socially accepted intoxicants, Every year in the United States, more people die of alcohol-related causes than from opioids and other drugs.
Not true, fentanyl is the leading cause of death for Americans 18-45 for the last 2 or 3 years now. I personally know about 15 people who have died recently from fentanyl. Don't know anybody who was killed by alcohol or anything alcohol related
I'm so grateful I stopped shooting black tar and clear back in 2018. The fent started getting worked into the Seattle tar around 2012. It was initially more powerful tar coined "pure". It was $80 per gram instead of the old school $80 per 3g mexi ball - initially we had a choice and didn't know it was way stronger because it had fent. Then the raw fent powder started replacing the h entirely and killing us. The few relapses I had over the past few years very nearly killed me, smoking tiny bits of fent powder off foil and just falling out. Mostly illegal Hondurans on deck driving around like they're delivering pizza - very reliable. Who would of thunk good ol decent tar would be a relatively safe, boutique product.
Glad you made it through that. That stuff is not a joke. I had a friend that od’d in the city park and her boyfriend survived. They got the dealer for manslaughter. She was an awesome person and it shook a lot of us up. One of my buddies still can’t believe it. That was around 2013, or 14.
It sure seems like the current drug supply is designed to maim and kill. The trail of deceased and broken people from this is staggering. Sorry about your friend and take care.
You clearly know what you are talking about. I got into the H back in 97 and saw the drastic change in the early 2010's. Legit tar became real hard to find. I got sober in 2013 and after that everyone I knew was dying left and right from the so called roxy 30's. I got out right before the fetty took off. It's a damn shame that prohibition has done with narcotics that it did with alcohol. People went from beer or wine to hard liquors (over 80 proof). We went from actual oxy or H, to fetty and now tranq dope. The DEA cannot arrest their way out of this. We are in a lot of trouble as a society... Wish I had the answer to this, but we have created our own monster.
I saw the same thing here in Kansas City. I also quit in 2018, and it was because I overdosed so often I knew I was going to die if I didn’t. Unfortunately most of my friends have died because of the fentanyl, and my heart goes out to all those suffering.
Our medical community refusing to treat pain increasingly every year since 2012 has contributed to more deaths when legitimate patients turn to the street
Yep! That’s absolutely uninformed and completely untrue. The opioid epidemic was due to medicine being forced to treat pain as the new vital sign. If you didn’t treat hypertension, that was malpractice. But that is an objective finding. The pain scale (brought to you by pharmaceutical companies) was then manipulated into medicine. This is completely subjective. People will tell you a high number and get narcotics because not treating pain (the new vital sign) becomes malpractice. Hell! There are stand ups about it and people laughed. Then when Prince overdosed, that was the straw that broke the preverbal back. Now, you have to have 8 hours of CME a year on opioid treatment. If you prescribe opioids and someone (even a family member or a friend) has an issue with that prescription, it’s malpractice and maybe even criminal. So! Yep Greg Farrell its just that simple. Kinda like your mentality… very very simple.
Exactly!!! It went from over prescribing them to WAY under prescribing them.. Which leeds the people who ACTUALLY need it to either suffer in pain or go find it on their own.. It's Just CRAZY.

If you are a new user you are playing Russian roulette. If you’re a daily user with a tolerance then not so much. I’ve shot fentanyl for a few weeks here and there but with a heroin tolerance and have been fine. If only heroin was still around more heavily then there wouldn’t be as many ODs. They need to start offering MAT therapy in the forms of heroin like Switzerland and even fentanyl therapy as a taper at least. I have friends who try to get on methadone from an IV fentanyl habit and can’t stay un-sick at 230mg of methadone a day. They keep on using so they’re not still sick and end up with a double habit of methadone and fentanyl. Preferably it needs to be legalized. But like Portugal, if you are a user and end up in any sort of criminal trouble that could pertain to your addiction in any way then you must go to a rehab facility or jail. But if your like me who has a job pays his bills, goes to school and does nothing criminal besides using heroin then I don’t see how that’s right. Since all drugs have been decriminalized in Portugal, drug use has gone down not up….

They mix drugs a lot in Montana. The current trend right now in Montana is a new spice that the high lasts 8-10 minutes. But, now they are mixing meth laced with fentanyl or without and with this new spice to make the high last longer when they want that. The idea behind this drug is so someone can do it quick and not get caught high. Especially with the new spice you can’t test for it until you get the chemical structure into the testing facilities so they can get away with it. The problem with spice is you can get really violent on this drug and have crazy reactions. If someone is reacting any way that I describe and they have paper on them or strips of paper more than likely the paper is coated with the drug for consumption or smoking. They can coat it on anything not just paper. Watch out 406.
The rise of synthetics is a hugely understated phenomenon that shows what the pushers will do for higher profits. The unwanted side effects and toxicity w synthetics are almost always way nastier too. To anyone struggling w this stuff. Don't let some MF making money off the siphoning away of your life be the reason you get taken out. Imagine how you'd feel if it were ur sibling or parents that it were happening to. Now take a deep breath and realize thats exactly how they're feeling w you usin. Not to make you feel bad, but this is what it is.
Unfortunately this issue has caused those of us who need pain meds to not be able to get them anymore which has led to a lg amt of ppl to commit suicide. Im also fed up and upset bc of ppl close to me that have issues w meth etc
32 years, but keep in mind we are also fighting a losing war on homicides…. Murder rate is higher today than 70 years ago. Should we legalize murder? Prohibition of murder is not working. It’s not a war on drugs it’s a war on drug harm. When you reduce the supply you reduce the harm. Fentanyl needs to be stopped. All tools used!
I just will never understand? If you are a drug user of any kind? And you first hear of a new drug,? Or physically witness somebody using a drug like Trang? Just seeing someone react like they do while on Trang? I would think that the physical reaction by someone on this one drug*? Would scare any drug user away from that drug? How can anybody seek a certain drug like Trang? So they can act like these poor fools on our city streets, hunched over looking at the ground? I just do not understand? Ike when first hearing of Heroin and how you had to shoot it with a needle to get high. And after the first high? Your hooked almost guaranteed? Help me understand people? First thing to remember is? We need to help each other out in every way we can? We are all Brothers and Sisters in the bigger picture. Somewhere we all just lost our way somehow? and forgot how to act like it? Try giving a sandwich to someone in need? Or a little spare change? Or maybe while going by,? Just say Hi normally? Just don't keep staring, Or doing nothing at all. Something's got to change people?
Guys this is great .. but can we focus on the new battlefield tech and how flying small personal drones aka land mines are targeting soldiers in a terrifying way .. we have seen Ukraine and Russia use these to horrible endings .. how can the modern warriors defend himself against this new threat ? No one seems to have an answer.. I’m not talking about predator drones but very small personal drones loaded with explosives like a floating land mine .. and once ai gets involved it’s a game changer .. how are we going to counterattack this new threat ? I don't normally write this but you folks need to know what is happening behind the scenes. The messages you bring are some of the best but the frequency of the ads is TOO Much.
Get test kits kids , you can trust a stranger, just not the drugs you get from them. If we start with education and responsible use practices, then people probably wouldn't try things so randomly. we tell people to drink responsibly. Why can't we do that for chemicals that get pushed on us Americans.
My partying days are over, but if you have to bust out a test kit to see if the product you're using might kill you I would have never tried anything. You would also have to test every bit of powder to be truly safe (chocolate chip cookie effect).
In order to fix this problem, we have to fix the problem in our government. We gotta get these corrupt politicians out of office. The Democrat cabal has got to go and the rhinos that helped protect them. We need to take the house in the Senate in 2024 then we can fix some problems not until then.

Watch out 406.
thank you from South Africa - I am certain the issues here are different but the same
Spending trillions on the DEA has seemed to increase the availability and consumption? Almost like the $ went to facilitate the spread of narcotics.
yea , the CIA is behind it all .
39:23 China is also partnering with Mexico and putting in corporations and businesses there.
China has been pushing this stuff since 2000 and meth even earlier than that. Same for opium.
Yep. It's war in a different form, and it pays for itself with a tidy profit.
Is 4 service whiskey with a "E"?
This detail is important to a Irishman like me.
Listening to new drug evolutions, makes me proud of my heritage
Anesthetize and tranquilize are two different beastS
Thank you.
And top it off who has paid the price for this?!?! Big pharma is fined amd none jailed
Great information 👍
How can I work for, & help your organization!? Where do you need the most help?
The rise of synthetics is a hugely understated phenomenon that shows what the pushers will do for higher profits. The unwanted side effects and toxicity w synthetics are almost always way nastier too. To anyone struggling w this stuff. Don't let some MF making money off the siphoning away of your life be the reason you get taken out. Imagine how you'd feel if it were ur sibling or parents that it were happening to. Now take a deep breath and realize thats exactly how they're feeling w you usin. Not to make you feel bad, but this is what it is.
Excellent
After Ozarks we don't really have an excuse to not be painfully aware of who the cartels answer to...
What is Ozarks? The lake?
Great intro.
Unfortunately this issue has caused those of us who need pain meds to not be able to get them anymore which has led to a lg amt of ppl to commit suicide. I have RSD and they want to treat my pain w suboxone when ive never even abused drugs. Ive never even touched street drugs. Even cancer pts have had their meds stopped. Im so fed up w this problem. Im also fed up and upset bc of ppl close to me that have issues w meth etc
Hi Lauri, I hope things get better for you.
@@ElyPowell not yet but I still have hope lol. Tyvm
Oosh.... 41 years with the DEA and they still lost the war on drugs. Thats got to sting.
Maybe prohibition doesn't work?
As a Country, We all need to get our stuff together.
Andy! Totally off topic but did you know your family’s last name is on the ferry in the movie “Dejá Vu with Denzel Washington? Have a photo if you want to see proof.
Cheers !
All about the money...they do not care about lives
Guys this is great .. but can we focus on the new battlefield tech and how flying small personal drones aka land mines are targeting soldiers in a terrifying way .. we have seen Ukraine and Russia use these to horrible endings .. how can the modern warriors defend himself against this new threat ? No one seems to have an answer.. I’m not talking about predator drones but very small personal drones loaded with explosives like a floating land mine .. and once ai gets involved it’s a game changer .. how are we going to counterattack this new threat ? RLTW
I want to know if that stuff that veterinarian use is not against the law to have why can't we pass a law to make it if it isn't going to a veterinarian you go to jail? I don't normally write this but you folks need to know what is happening behind the scenes.
The messages you bring are some of the best but the frequency of the ads is TOO Much.

Did you guys tell Andy to take his shirt off for these videos yet
Get test kits kids , you can trust a stranger, just not the drugs you get from them. If we start with education and responsible use practices, then people probably wouldn't try things so randomly. we tell people to drink responsibly. Why can't we do that for chemicals that get pushed on us Americans.
My partying days are over, but if you have to bust out a test kit to see if the product you're using might kill you I would have never tried anything. You would also have to test every bit of powder to be truly safe (chocolate chip cookie effect).
A requirement for the Border to work is to deport, deport, and more deport.
In order to fix this problem, we have to fix the problem in our government. We gotta get these corrupt politicians out of office. The Democrat cabal has got to go and the rhinos that helped protect them. We need to take the house in the Senate in 2024 then we can fix some problems not until then.
Believing in authority is the problem why do we allow ourselves to be ruled over by certain people? They are just people
Should have interviewed Amber! 😂💪
1495 kilos of Colombian bam bam, huh? Anyone know where this truck is today? Lol
Read the book fentanyl inc he explains how they create different types of drugs to beat the tests. Unbelievable research check it out so frightening
He should of touched on nitizines. That's the new drug that's going to take over.
Unless you have been living under a bridge U gotta know using illegal drugs is Russian Roulette! Not a moral judgment just a physical fact!!!
People have to decide not to take drugs!

I know an Officer from 5th Special Forces Group who became a DEA agent...and quit...in the middle of a huge Fentanyl Crisis. He must know something we all do not know, ese vato loco. Care for a Cheech and Chong movie and t-shirt?
I once knew a chicken named Bart, the old dog is still around, but sputters.
The CIA along with their little contra buddy Oscar Danilo Blandón brought the coke in to LA.
WTF thinks taking this shit is a good idea? Seriously, at that point, is there any saving these people?
They don't know it's tranq at first, it mimics real fentanyl. Till it's too late you're hooked and no other drug makes you unsick.
For the same reason to take any drug. It’s not done because it’s a good idea. It’s done because it’s a good escape from a shitty reality.
I’ve seen the golden child turn into a monster.
Who? Your neighbor. Your teammate. Your uncle. Your teacher.
We don’t know what tomorrow brings.

Are you chasing the dragon, or are you chasing your tail ?
The dragon
the white rabbit
The brown fox
The Floor.
Once you start chasing any drug, especially opiates, or meth or Coke, you can care less about that and you will sell your soul. That’s unless you get You get clean and sober and find sobriety and don’t put poison in your body.
