Thank you so much for taking us on the absolutely amazing tour love the old photographs and what a glorious time it must have been to be there for sure. You got to think of a time it was kind of the frontier of the world and where it was going and the pride they had in putting that on and the craftsmanship was absolutely amazing. Found it really interesting to about the steam-powered ferris wheel which by the way I seen our friend Colorado Martini comment on as well so great minds think alike LOL. Really great to meet you and connect with a great Channel as you're doing some pretty good things here and looking forward to more and hope you have a fantastic day

    Thank you. I enjoyed listening to the music as well as your narration while watching the video.👍👍
    I see those people who subscribe to Great Tartaria --Tartarian Empire (conspiracy theory) have been
    having a go at you on this and your other 1904 World's Fair video.
    The Tartarian Empire idea was cooked up by a man in the Soviet Union/Russia named, Anatoly Fomenko.
    His "New Chronology" was based on the writings of an anti-Tsarist revolutionary Nikolai Alexandrovich
    Morozov (1854 --- 1946)
    These ideas were popularized by the Nikolai Levashov (1961 - 2012) who was a pagan (neo-pagan)
    occultist and psychic healer who started an organization to promote his ideas and Formenko's series
    of books. ("Greater Tartaria was repressed, there was a great mud flood ..." etc.) Formenko's still
    probably shilling his books. Anyhow, the Russian government, the Russian Orthodox Church consider
    his organization "Renaissance. The Golden Age" to be a cult.

    Amazing certainly better than ronald McDonald and mickey I want your money mouse. I read a book called the devil in the white city by erik larsson about the later chicago exposition a truly astonishing book a real look back in time based around the main architect and oddly a serial killer that made jack the ripper look like a nice guy. I just found a piece of taxidermy in a antiques shop in the u.k its was a tiger but something was naive about it. Straight away I thought that isn't tiger pelt it looked goat or antelope and the tiger stripes were hand painted it looked carnival fairground to me. After some quick google research I started seeing several sold and for sale various kinds of animals from all over the world miniature taxidermy 11" then saw one at 20" approx none were my tiger size but they are definitely made by the same person for some event. People are saying the were given out to attendees but whos going to walk around with a 3ft long tiger in a huge place like this. I haven't found any pictures of someone holding one but this was a big event and it did have a lot of live animals from around the world. I think the event is to classy for carnival type prizes but I hope I am wrong because I would love to own something from the expo. I know it has value approx £250 u.k pounds I would reckon. Its absolutely of the time period its 100 percent American. If anyone can help me out I would be interested to know where it was sold or if they sold this type of thing in the grounds or outside the grounds of the expo.

The place was an old Standard Oil and Gas station in the 20's in 2016 they had a record rainfall when he bought the place he didn't know that the fuel storage tanks were still in the ground they never removed them. I have always found history is more interesting than the present time. My issue is that I don't believe the history we've been taught. Conspiracies R Us did three videos on the world's fair. Why such grand fairs with baby nurseries that displayed newborns? Why were the buildings at the fairs made better than anything built today? John Levi & many others are trying to find those answers.

    • @SomeplaceOrAnother
      @SomeplaceOrAnother  3 года назад +1

      Well history is fascinating 😁 It was a different time were thing happened that would be wrong are hard to do now days. The fronts of the building, the decorative part was made out of plaster of paris which would have been easy to shape and cheap to make and labors were so much cheaper and easy to come by.

    • @carlwalker9635
      @carlwalker9635 3 года назад +1

      Marlene: I agree with your point, and Jon Levi; as well, those buildings are clearly NOT made out of "plaster of paris" as the inane historical narritive has tried to make everyone believe. We know as a few of the buildings still exists from the World's Fair's (Exhibitions), and they are made of stone: marble, granite, and other non perishable building materials. Indeed, a lot of the truth of America's history has been hidden, but it's slowly is being revealed.

      Yes, we do. Other sources give more facts on construction.

    So your coverage of the "Dancers and Performers" is really uninformed in my opinion. Those people were not "brought in from around the world". History shows us that these people were not paid for their time in the fair. Many of these "performers" infact did not survive the fair which was less than a year long. One "performer" from the Free State of Congo in particular was placed against his will in a Zoo in New York City over 40 year after slaver was abolished.
