I'm problematic teen and I quit highschool. Around three years ago after hearing this song I decided to come back to highschool. Today in middle of corona pandemic I got an email that said I'm graduating. It's really hard three years, join a school without people your age. Embarrassed when asked your age and all your old friends already enter college. Everyone first surprised but slowly they accept me for what I am. Now I'm 21 years old and just graduated highschool, maybe I'm late but I will never give up

Listening to this on loop while doing my mechanics homework. I was sitting here, feeling like I was never going to get my degree, that I should quit now because I've been struggling hard in my classes this semester, but then this song popped into my mind. I am over halfway done now, whereas before I was just staring at problem 1 for over an hour.
It's the mindset I guess. If you think you can't do something, than you'll just sit there thinking nothing you'll do will change anything. Sometimes, you just need to get the ball rolling, and everything will work out. Even if it's not correct right now, you'll have somewhere to start with when you have time to sit down with your teacher/professor in office hours rather than a blank page.
