    This looks awesome ! Not only do I have most of the ingredients already (gotta get the chili peppers) I have a ton of shank meat in the freezer. I usually can it when hunting & ice fishing season is over. Gonna use 100 % shank meat on this one ! Thanks a bunch , definitely will be doing this one soon, but I will be using the 2 milder chili peppers.

      I figured this was a simple new recipe to use up venison that no one has really thought about. I didn’t mention it in the video, but like traditionally Birria you could strain the meat and do tacos as well. Let me know how your batch turns out!
