This was the final straw for me in terms of supporting Xavi. We have a top 5 squad in europe and yet we make teams who are fighting for relegation look world class when they play against us. Defensively we're a mess and the high line is not working particularly against the pace of Rodrygo and Vini he couldn't have asked for an easier hattrick. I don't know what we're trying to do on the attack but what's even more embarrassing is if you look at xG we create the most chances in la liga. Do we not run finishing drills in training or something? I've seen them in the short montages barca posts on youtube but in a game we can't put the ball in the back of the net. Yes we have players who are out of form but Xavi never gives other players a chance. The kids have shown that they are at least competent stand ins for a few games. Injuries are not an excuse I actually feel like injuries have been kinder to us so far this season than they have been in the past couple years. It's clear we're not going to get better with Xavi the only question is who replaces him?
I stumbled up on this channel just now and this is all facts. My friend is saying we need more players and this and that and I agree we do need some more players but the team we have currently is pretty good in my book and we should be doing much better despite not having all that we wish for. The team lacks intensity, Hunger and a drive to win. That you don't get by buying more players. You get that from the coach instilling a winners mindset into the players on the training grounds. No team fears barca any more. We have become a joke. It's quite sad to watch my team like this.

Why do we even focus on crossing in the first place? Our team is not built for crossing. I think balde is a great player but he sucks recently because the whole team sucks and that we have no system. If we started to move the ball faster and attack faster as a team then balde would be great but the way it is now he has to match the frequency of everyone else which is too slow for him

Barça was playing checkers and Madrid was playing chess. Xavi used to say every player starts at zero and earns their spot in the team or starting line-up when that is a big lie. Ferran Torres is not ready, Roberto is inconsistent and can never deliver in tough games, Pena is not good enough, Balde is predictable and our defence is trash, lol. There was no Fermin, Lamal or Felix from the beginning of the game. Xavi is fully to blame, for us boring, slow, no risk taking football. The man should be sacked if he keeps this up.

Biggest problems this game:
1. Offside trap - we have tried it before and clearly it has led to conceding goals on more than one occasion in league games and we still continue to make that mistake in a final
2. Araujo as RB, I get the urge to cover vinicius but Araujo is at his best playing CB not at all RB while Kounde can definitely play both
3. This is more of a confidence issue that developed over this season with not playing Balde a whole lot, I think that the young players should be played the most time they can to give them confidence on their abilities, while the more experienced players have built that confidence over their career
I would have played Torres as LW and Fermin as RW with Roberto taking CM with substitutions of Yamal Pedri and Felix in for Fermin, roberto and Torres as Fermin is definitely a big goal scoring threat giving us better chances to go at goals combined with playmaking from gundogan and de jong alongside torres and Lewandowski also shooting at the goal Anyways Complete Disappointment
We have to be reasonable, we will sign Cancelo for 25 mil, and any upgrades to the defense or attack will be made from selling a player in that position first, especially since we need a dm first. Xavi needs to at least get his positions and defense/pressing tactics correct on big games and our players need to step up and evolve , every single one of them
