Today while at work, I pre-ordered the Titanium Jet Black S-25U, trading in my S-24U. Overall, it is an upgrade and I'm looking forward to it!! I really didn't use the bluetooth s-pen.
Im getting white! The exclusive online colors didn't appeal to me this year! Speaking as someone who has ordered exclusive online colors since the S22 Ultra! Sky Blue to the Crafted Black Z Fold6!
@pr0blumz they shouldn't be downgrading the a pen, not like it makes a difference to weight or battery life ,and all the AI stuff , most of it will come to the 24 uktra anyway , not of enough of a difference to warrent an upgrade , and the a pen was the icing on the cake
I am very upset about not having 16GB RAM. It was false advertising, and that is a major red flag. This is something that is the deciding factor on whether or not I upgrade this phone. I really hope that the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra will have 16GB RAM and bluetooth returns to the S Pen next year.
The Pro-Scaler software should be make to upscale the 1080p (FHD) resolution option. That makes the most sense because it would improve quality while being more battery + temperature conscious since you rendering at a lower res up to 1080p, render resolution would be more ideal for mobile games, less hiccups running at 1080p rendering vs anything higher (2k/4k) and it can be used on the entire line-up easily. There is suppose to be a snapdragon 8 Elite, DLSS-like, upscaler for games called "SGSR" ... haven't heard anything about that, couldn't that be implemented system wide to further improve screen visuals while giving all the benefits I mentioned?
The new screen anti-glare was amazing, but if you use a screen protector it ruins the coating on my s24. I had it for like a month or two without a screen protector put one on. I took the screen protector off and it had the coating just came right off so I'm going to run this one without a screen protector so I can enjoy the proper display. Plus it's got new toughness. Hopefully it prevents scratches. We'll see.
Ok I feel like an idiot but how do we get the $300 samsung credit, 2 years Samsung Care, and $20 galaxy buds? All I see is the free storage upgrade and $80 credit
Pre order deals for the s25u was laughable worst to date Losing the Bluetooth on the pen is a big issue I'm sure they'll be selling a new s pen with Bluetooth functionality soon This is the smallest incremental upgrade of any phone with ommission to. Not even worth the S moniker 😂
Ofher than a few of those all minor/meaningless changes. They should have done so much more but continue with their complacency. They learned nothing from the poor sales of the Z fold 6 it would seem.
This phone is not meant for upgrading from the S24 Ultra. WAY to many minor upgrades that you won't even notice when using it. You put forth all this money and have virtually the same experience. I have felt this before skipping an iteration. They really need to have some more game changing upgrades. The S24 -> S25 upgrade is just for people needing to have the latest and money burning a hole in their pocket.
I have never had a phone in my life or even used a phone that had 12 gig of RAM it's always been eight and below so I'm excited for that I got the 512 variant I'm excited it can't come quick enough I'm just irritated with the fact that you can't order it online and have it shipped to T-Mobile where I live Make it so much easier pisses me off cuz now I live in an apartment building and there's three apartment buildings around me and they all have the same number just different building number one two and three but I can see them mail area from where I'm at I can look out my window but I can't watch it all day so when they need me to sign for it and then not going to call you to let you know that they're there and half the time when they tell you they're coming between a certain time it's not even that time and I can't wait cuz I have work so it's just annoying
This is nothing more than another added attempt to try and convince yourself and more importantly other people to buy it lol. It’s not a justifiable upgrade and in some cases a downgrade for most no matter how cut it. That paired with Samsung excluding us AGAIN from their premium devices (first Z Fold SE and now no 16gb availability) is BS. People are fed up!

My s24 ultra is wider so I keep it over the s25 ultra
I like my s24U, but after like the 3rd update, it started to get really hot. It's annoying. It gets warmer than any samsung I've owned.
