He's like teaching you that, if you want to beat don't starve you have to use your time efficiently, and it reflects in the time this videos take to teach you something compared to the other ones about the same topics.
Salt lick can be used to keep any big wild creature close by to it. Kowalaphats are a good example making for a great manure farm which makes farming a effective option as you can basically grow any seed instantly.....or at least ya use to before the new farm update

So with the help of some good ol' stone wall, nothing, stone wall, nothing. You are able to get the first hit on the Volt Goat (or Koalefant but come on) 27x easier, and you can make some semi-auto farms in 1-2 days! So I would say it is a D to C tier item. (Though I might be biased, because I really love making farms ngl.)
I may be biased solely because of my name, but I generally think that you’re incorrect with many of your tier lists. Things such as Tam O Shanters, Salt Licks, and Improved Farms are very useful. They just aren’t efficient, which is the crux of the issue. You base everything off of “does it give the top possible outcome?” rather than “is its outcome amazing, good, or meh?”. For example, you said that Warly’s spices are useless and Wurt’s diet makes her weak and crockpots useless. You’re forgetting improved farms (pre update talk as I primarily play RoG anyways). With a dozen farms, you can efficiently farm 6-21 dragon fruit a day (based on the season and level of rain) and ultimately profit about 3-14 fruit based on how many seeds your bird poops out. It’s weakness is the inability to farm effectively (or at all) in summer and complete inability during winter. In exchange you need manure (should be accessible especially with the beef), guano (I prefer to live near Pig Kings with a sinkhole nearby) or rot (you should be getting normal seed from your egg machine that can be toasted and left to rot). Now is 3 dragon fruit pies resulting 70 (105 for Wurt) hunger 20 health 5 sanity each seem like F tier? No, especially considering that number could be 14. You call mediocre items mid tier then call characters who benefit off them as horrible solely because they aren’t viable in your eyes. It’s like saying Link isn’t viable because he’s B-Tier. He’s viable, he’s just not Top Tier. So please, for the benefit of all, consider that less viable items are still viable, less viable strategies are still viable, less viable characters are still viable, and any ties to one of these isn’t bad. Not everyone wants to beat the Ancient Shadow Weaver on day 2. Some people are quaint with grinding for salt licks for 20 beefs (though I prefer 1 rider and 1 ornery).

For the hammer I’ve got like 3 stacks of Thulicite Fragments in the new knowledge biome. It’s noob friendly because there’s like no enemies there, so it’s an easy way for noobs like me to get a lot of thulicite for when we ruins rush.
The only use for the feather pencil is when it needs to be mass produced but its so expensive needing crow feathers which are tedious to farm that its not worth making and its better to just place the item that is going to be in the chest on the ground infront of the chest and space the chests out a bit
Do you know if Wendy riding Beefalo still benifits from Abigail's increased damage curse? Or is it still just as much as any other player In other words, if you have Wendy on an ornery beefalo with a war saddle, will she do more damage attacking a creature that's been inflicted with Abigail's petal debuff than a Wilson riding the same beefalo attacking the same debuffed enemy?

For me, the rock axe is not very impactful for the game experience. I just build it, break two trees, make a science machine and a fire pit to finally throw it away. Then I will only use the golden axe.
Still S tier, like digging graves and its basically a requirement if u wanna build a base, unless you wanna run around the map just to collect grass and twigs and berries.
Why do you rank down on farming and beefalo taming so much, the new farming is gr8 and beef taming gives you a permament spear and a 1000 health shield against all meele damage

Well the only saddle you should put on a beefalo is just the basic one, for shadow pieces, if you want to use a tamed beefalo for movement though in general, that's just a waste of time.
Glossamer saddle should be in F tier since you still need 32 wings, while the salt lick should theoretically be in E tier at the highest, but you can make a volt goat herd relocate to the salt lick, making your own pen. I only heard someone say it though, so don't get mad at me if I'm wrong. So, if you can relocate goat herds like this, then the salt lick can be around C tier since you don't have to base in the Oasis or take the trip to the desert to farm them for meat and horns.
i think that having the gold weapons in S tier is kinda cheese because you literally never need to use them ever, the axe and pickaxe and stuff are necessities so they should definately be above the upgrades

Wickerbottom bird of world or anenemy bird farm, cheaper option ice staff or walter slingshot
the saddle hook is good for if you don`t want to waste resources on many saddles while transporting
