It wasn't funny...Elvis said he Could Never Watch Jailhouse rock again because his Costar (the female lead opposite Elvis) was killed in a car accident a few days after it wrapped- it really Affected Elvis and he said he'd never watch the film- The Army didn't do their homework- they should have chosen Love me tender. .
I don't remember, but I could be wrong, but I don't know if that was made public in the newspapers back then. So he could have said that instead to not reveal the real sad reason he wouldn't ever watch the movie.
Good to hear from this man, proof Elvis did his duty just like all the other men.
My grandfather also served with Elvis back in the day, I wouldn’t be surprised if he knew the man in this video also.
This man genuinely liked him, that’s so cool😊
He was blessed to have met him
Simply nostalgic and one great moment in life being with THE KING for some good times. Awesome video indeed so thanks very much!!!
I never thought I would say that s man was beautiful. Thanks Elvis was the best entertainer of the twentieth century. Thank you for posting this.
Lovely man good history
Thats Elvis!!! The man who really was!!!
Any more Elvis clips ?
That would have been nice to see you meeting Elvis all those years later after the army but then you said he had passed on.
But is that EPs signature?
Is this pure Elvis or what?
