I've played mario for a long time and I can say this is one of the best final levels in any mario game I've ever played. But its also one of the toughest ones too. Fun rom hack
For a rom-hack it's so well put together I especially like the first castle Soundtrack

This feels so familiar, yet so vague to me .
It's a shame they couldn't change any of the other bosses
They did change Bowser!
as well as adding king boo.
Problem is that the people creating Newer Wii somehow made the bosses easier than in Mario Wii. If they could change DS bosses they would've somehow been easier than they were in this video.
Someone from the team mentioned that there were initial spices on the walls of the Goomba arena until they were taken out since the player kept unintentionally getting knocked into them.
i mean theirs only so much the ds can handle...
This music is amazing! It reminds me of Pokemon Heartgold/Soulsilver!

8:08 And despite no underwater sections being in this castle level, it is featured in the Boss fight.
According to Skawo, they didn't like underwater stages so they wanted to keep them to minimium (only about three complete underwater stages and of the water stages are mostly about staying above the water or only small underwater sections.
they could have tried to make more good underwater levels like the ones they already made but full water
@@supermaximglitchy1 couldn't they of reused the DS water levels change a few textures and enemy placements done.

So newer team made a level maker?
It’s almost like this was in develop for multiple years and came out before SMM2.
Don’t say that SMM1 was a thing, because that was severely limited, especially with the lack of slopes and certain themes.
Here’s my ideas for newer super Mario bros u or if there would be one
World 1 castle: kinda like this game but acorn trees outside
World two castle: would be a dungeon filled with traps and enimes
World three castle: slippery icy floor with ice breathing piranhas
World four: underwater with cheep chomps behind you
World 5: instead of lava there would be purple soda and triggers to traps
World 6: filled with explosive mountains that rain bomb ombs
World 7 would be just clouds and storms in the background
World 8: would be a labyrinth fillled with 8 mini bosses
Kill one to get a key kill all 8 to proceed to a hallway with flame throwers and then the boss door.
