Thank you for your insights and encouragement. I really appreciated the part where you told us that people earning a lot may have an atypical story or background as well as that one of you does not have children or a classroom job anymore. Those really help those of us with those responsibilities.
Absolutely! This is such a journey for each of us. The comparison game isn't helpful here, but sharing what's worked for us can make a difference for others. What type of resources do you create? Feel free to share your store link here!
I recall starting on TPT and falling into the same problem I've had before: My resources have no natural visuals. I've looked into AI art and that seems like it could work. It's also too general. My tools are too flexible, too broad. It's not like "Story based class for 3rd graders", it's more like "Spreadsheet for creating story based curriculums for all levels". Honestly, I'm probably better off looking for more students first, and I'm not sure how to do that either...
Would love for you to hop into the EverGrow membership, as this type of decision-making and action-taking is what it's for! (payhip.com/b/iK74s) BUT, in the meantime, could you create a cover that's more professional (as this is for the tech-savvy teacher it sounds like)? Forget the typical clip art and colors. Think about a RUclips thumbnail showing the process the buyer will go on when they have access, maybe?
