Saitiev was annoyed at being taken down. The crowd hollering at the takedown only fueled the annoyance. I was Saitiev finals escort for this tourney and asked about this match through our interpreter. Saitiev smiled and said that he prolonged the match so he and Diatta could wrestle for a longer period of time and find out who was better. I laughed myself silly. Clearly he wanted to leave Diatta and the crowd with a lasting impression. Definitely one of my priceless memories from this tourney.

Holy sh*t, he looks like he's just playing with the opponent. Just light rolling like it's happening in the gym. So many different techniques I lost count!

Around five minutes in Diatta starts contemplating just running away from the mat and hiding under the stands.

You had the option to continue wrestling.
Occasionally wrestlers would continue after the superiority because in the event of a 3 way tie in a pool, the wrestler with more technical points would advance.
In this case Saitiev did it because he's a wanker.

That had to be a nightmare. Saitiev looks like he's barely trying.
If I was that guy I'd brag that I took Saitiev down, lol.

Сайтиев просто разминался. Мог 100 раз завершить схватку, тянул время

On the forum Dirty said "at the worlds, they use a point system of how many pts you score vs your opponents to determine the tournaments most outstanding wrestler. satiev did tthat to make sure he won the ow."
    There's your answer.

    Idk about that wanker business...
Maybe he didn't feel he got in a good enough match prior to the tech mark. Lol.
