I am adopted, I struggle with depression at times. the other day I was in the car and turned on the radio and this song came on, it hit me so hard. it made me realize that God saved me from so many situations, and he still is looking out for me. That line "I want so badly just to finally get well, but I don't want a quick fix. an emotional sell". God pointed that lyric out to me because of how I scrutinize myself. He showed me that working towards being "good" (as in developing and maintainijg good habits, for lack of a better word) is a process thay takes time, but He still reminds me that being the "Perfect Christian" is impossible as a human being, but will be made possible upon the coming of Christ, not a second before.

Regina Powell amen you must keep on trucking live by a code and have honor is what my dad taught me you can always be a better person step by step day by day little things can make a big difference when a lot of people do it just being a little more kind and humble speak life words and try and bring yourself and those around you up instead of tearing yourself or others down this is a very common problem in the world today especially with us Christians we are always putting others down to bring ourselves up to feel better about ourselves not saying everyone does this but a lot of people do I’ve caught my wife doing it many times she’s be preaching or spreading the gospel but she’s doing it the wrong way she’s being aggressive or almost threatening people with punishment or hell and people who don’t have faith with not come to Jesus through threats and you acting like you know all the answers and they don’t know anything I believe you can show Christ and the greatness of Jesus without even saying a word you can show it through you your life your kindness happiness make people think what is making you so happy how come your not getting as upset about this as I am where are they getting that peace inside from that patience make people ask you about god it works
