What is a "bussiess record"? Were the payments made on behalf of an "enterprise", under the statute? It seems more like a "personal" record, rather than a business record. The fact that a tax deduction was not taken suggests that it was not considered to be business related. Bragg himself says that the purpose of the payments was to help win the election - which is not a business or enterprise purpose.
He used campaign funds to pay it back. 🤦. You know money that was given for him running as president,not for his personal usage
