I realized I had more than enough primos set aside for a guaranteed Kazoozoo when he gets a rerun so I figured why not do a few pulls. Got Yelan four singles into the pity counter. Now I have Yelan, Kazuha guaranteed and anything between now and the end of the patch can go towards a possible Kuki or two.

I was dedicated to get Yelan, as a low-spender I got her at 67 pity. I was extremely happy when she popped up on the screen, and I now have her at level 70 at AR 43, and shes my main DPS with 1,427 ATK and 115.5 Energy Recharge. I am a proud Yelan Haver 👹
...yelan scales based on HP, not atk

Xingqui is a better Hydro applier than Yelan, but Yelan can do much more damage, both are really good characters, and either ways, I wish not to pull for any of them/build them. :D

Someone literally joined my world to just show off their C4 Yelan to me. Told me they pulled Yelan with the F2P primos (basically the primos on mail and the event primos) and he is F2P. I asked them why they got C4 they friking told me because they bought welkin 5 every month then kept bragging they are F2P because they pulled YELAN WITH THE PRIMOS F2P LIKE ME CAN JUST GET.
