Use straw for their bedding. Straw keeps the heat in an moisture an cold out. Google it, it says it’s the best choice for their beddings. I use it for the outside cats that I feed, I made a cat house in the yard an I use straw.

That was a really great Christmas gift Larry so Beautiful 😍 I think the little ducks will do just fine I'm not sure but I don't think they need much heat like the chickens do. You are totally right about Christmas coming and going so fast. Makes me wonder if it's because I'm getting older and slower 😂😂😂 ❤
LARRY)we have ducks and chickens they live together in the same place they sleep near eachother they keep eachother warm but we have had them in there since they was little so they are used to eachother ducks will learn tho if I was to put them in a place of there own they would eventually learn that there’s a place to get warm and sleep make sure when u put them out side to feed them cracked corn or the scratch grains it helps there coats for the winter helps keep them warm

We put an aerator in ours to keep the water moving or more like a bubble or whatever that you wanna call it
