it stays impressed the more you consistently feed it an idea. so if you’re persisting on something and then you stop, that impression is still there but maybe isn’t as strong as it was when u were consistently telling yourself that it’s done. this is why repetition and persistence is important

@@roisinmckay8932 well that’s why you’re so worn out! it sounds like you’re stuck in the state of wanting or feeling like you have to do something to get something when your mindset should be that of “it’s already mine, it’s been mine and it will always be mine” affirming isn’t something we do to get something, it’s simply a reminder of what we already have! so honestly if you “give up” and go back to thinking in an unfavorable pattern, you’re still doing law of assumption! it’s a law! it never stops working! you’re just doing it in the negative way and undoing all the work you have done on your subconscious mind!
