Hi Ellie hope your having a better day, I no what you are saying about the food smells , jacket potato 🤢 that was the worst smell for me . I also used to eat refresher sweets can you remember them, just to fill my stomach up in the morning, it worked but obviously I ate when I could. Hope you have a better week 😊x

Try ginger ale for the nausea and if you have to take medication to ease it, honestly just take it if it helps 🌸🌷
You will get through this trust me, I had daily nausea for 41 weeks and now have a beautiful two year old girl so it was totally worth it.
