    Oh ladies, I so feel all of this! I feel like it's (relatively) easier for us as adults to make changes but bringing kids on the journey is so much harder with all the social pressures they face, and criticism we face for not wanting our kids to eat poison. 😮‍💨

    This is all so true. The struggles we have to face because we know better but can't tell the world. I teach school and I have to sit and watch the kids eat almost 100% ultraprocessed foods with many times over 100 g of sugar for ONE meal, snacks, candy, juice, dyes, kids are all dysregulated, tired, hyper, whiney, angry, misbehaving, impolite and HOW can anyone expect anything different??? It is appalling that this is what our own kids are forced to grow up with. As far as why? Much if it is ignorance, lazy parenting, and ignoring the issues. They think it is fine because all kids do it and this is "kid food." I see parents with plenty of money giving their kids almost 100% junk and poor parents doing it, so it isn't a poor issue only, although the cwnvenience store diets of the less fortunate are slightly worse. Kids have no chance from where I sit. When I look at performance, I see very low test scores, very high chronic illness and obesity rate, a large percentage (maybe 40%) on meds for either adhd or anxiety by 3rd grade, so many behavior issues and self-control issues, but if you tell anyone to consider diet, they act like you are an idiot. This is how they were born. This is a "chemical in balance." Thank you, ladies, for making me feel understood. My heart aches for the future. It is a very lonely place to be.

    the problem i have is building too much muscle in my legs, i have been sticking with beef and eat normal, but i don't want to gain anymore muscle....i can't afford high quality beef and i know regular beef isn't the best as there are growth hormones and anti biotics given , all this doesnt help....i also gain fat so i guess its not for everyone...it did help to figure out which foods were inflamatory as i introduce different things back, i'm making your pork panko bread right now as my daughter is eating this way.

    I love your channel but be careful to listen to certain people. Meditation should only be practicing with prayer and meditating on the Holy Spirit Jesus Christ Our Lord and Savior who created all humankind and heaven and earth.💕🙏✝️🔥
