Yes. You can use this voltage protection relay or any other make voltage protection relay for your home line. Connection to this relay requires only control wires of 1 sq mm, and output of this relay can be connected to alarm
This relay output contacts can take load on maximum 6 Amps. If you need to protect load of 100A or more than you need to use Power Contactor 100A rating and use output of protection relay to trip this Contactor

Probably we have to use two 1-phase voltage protection relays for two phase

Sir one phase fault ho gaya to relay kaam karega baki 2 phase ke liye
In case of 1 phase fault then relay will operate its contacts and control circuit connected through this will be tripped.
