In this video 4:29 : Sorry, Martina but we can't hear you. have you switched off the mute button. My understanding is that switch off is as same meaning as turn off. so if we can't hear Marina, it should be turn on the mute button instead of switched off. because if it is switched off the mute, then we can here her voice? Hope you could let me know your thought on this. thanks.

I can see why this may cause a little confusion, so here's my explanation: - First of all, you're right - switch off and turn off are the same. - If you want to mute yourself on a call, you need to switch/turn ON the mute button. To unmute yourself, you need to switch/turn it OFF. So, if you can't hear someone on a call, it means they have switched on the mute button and need to switch it off.
