There is a companion device, ME-U which is a 10 device hub, but more importantly, you can add option cards to input different feeds to your Hub.
If your Yamaha has Dante outputs, you could route 40 channels you want on the ME system to Dante, install the Dabte card in the ME-U, and now you can patch them together
