Those cutters should move way faster. We have two sets of them here on the FD and they work awesome. One set is 28V Milwaukee powered with a built in pump and the other set is almost identical to yours so the external pumps but we run a very small 4 stroke pump with vegetable oil (in case we break a line cutting a car in the ditch) and I believe it’s good for 8,000psi but it moves those jaws way faster than that
The gallons per minute is way low on these electric pumps. I've been looking at the gas pumps so I can have it on my trailer. Thanks for the insight and for watching.
Do you have a process to scrap out spa,poll.pond and other motors like that?.. yards near me pay 10 cents same as shred.. . I get so many I can't process the fast enough.. they weigh 30- 100 lbs..each.. I know I have over 100,000lbs just chilling in a shipping container but I'm not gonna just throw them to shred.. just takes time to bust them open with a cutting wheel.. if you was close I'd sell them to you but I'm in Pennsylvania

Thanks for the suggestion, the nut seemed tight. I was watching some videos of decommission tools and they have a l bracket to prevent that from happening. Stay tuned I will be addressing the issue and showing what I found. Thanks for watching.
@@ProjectShopFl my department switched to Hurst EDraulic units a couple of years ago. Great not not have to drag the hydraulic pump around. Another thing, do as much cut as you can with the back of the blade rather than the tip.

Angle grinder, no safety gaylasses, seeing how much I can lean on the grinding wheel before it breaks and sends a 45 degree angle slice directly into my skull at 200mph. I could double osha's staff and have them working 80 hour weeks while brushing my teeth in the morning. But you have me beat. I'm no match. You are the Michael jordan of blood loss potential. If you strapped yourself onto a missile and deployed it directly for the sun while swallowing handfuls of razor blades it would be less risky than the safest thing I've seen you do. I call local yards and match local prices. I sell to a exporter and I upgrade most of what I get so I can pay good prices.

Maybe on the ends of those cutters you can weld a L bracket so when they close they can't separate just an idea Good luck enjoy your videos

If the blade is twisting, check the nut. The blade will take damage if it twists.
