Looks like they took notes from the parades at Universal Studios Japan, I hope this also hints to a return of the "Festival of the Dead" Parade at Halloween Horror Nights!
I can’t stress this enough, it’s a technical rehearsal. They were missing three more floats and half of the audio was working. Also (rumor) a lot of these entertainment cast were hired about two weeks ago.

ugh we were supposed to be down there (living there) but something forced us to move early and now im so sad! cant wait to come back for it
Honestly, it lacks a lot of kineticism compared to Disney parades and I'm kind of underwhelmed
