I bought a small can of kimchi to see if I liked it (yes) and it was enough for half of this recipe. It really is absolutely delicious

Always something delightfully delicious on the menu at your house. 🌹 I wonder, would this also be appropriate for a 'standard Japanese breakfast/lunch' ? I've seen where the Japanese schools serve warm lunches that seem pretty similar to some of your dishes (I think). Also, I was at the camping once and saw some Japanese guests eating rice for breakfast. Is this normal or do the Japanese people ever eat eggs and bacon or cereal in the morning? In the Netherlands, it's not usual to eat more than one cooked meal per day (usually in the evenings), but of course in America it's not unusual to have three squares a day (thus the weight problem). Just curious. You could explain it in a video if you want. I'm sure others would also want to know. 💞

Breakfast vary in different families or even in a family. Some people eat fancy breakfast just like the one I show in my videos, some people just have coffee 😉.
