I played the OG yugioh back in the day when it first came out. Back then the game was much simpler and arguably much better due to said simplicity. I miss those days! The current Yugioh speed duel is the closest to old school yugioh and I do collect all of those sets and they are very cheap too. Very good value
Yeah I think this holds true to most TCG's. But YuGiOh definitely has become crazy complicated lol. I like speed duel, but wish Rush Duel came to the US... I have the Switch game for Rush Duel but would have been cool if the actual card game came out here... really simple game.
Buy a Speed Duel box. They are very cheap and you get a lot of cards to play with. Plus you can use them to duel normally. You don’t have to use the Speed Duel format.
Hey MLP. Watched Yu-Gi-Oh when it came out, started collecting and playing during the start of the synchro summons and stopped during XYZ summons. Just out of curiosity, i looked at the updated banlist 2 days ago and saw that one of my banned cards came off the list which was spellbook of judgement. But that just made me realize that this game must be really out of hand that SoJ is allowed off the list. 👍
I enjoy playing it on console and android. These card games can be expensive if your trying to get a master set. I see other youtubers just spend hundreds of dollars every deck released. it's like a couple releases every year. Since the 90's. It hasn't really stopped. I think every 5 months. How do they manage to do that.
Personally I think its a great value! Way better than the cubes. I've been playing Yugioh and MTG since 2002. Pokemon since base set. Keep it up Obi-Ron!

@@Madlittlepixel closest we have to rush dule in a game mode in the game Yugioh Duel Link. It has a separate area just for Rush Duel
