that Providence is not necessary...that slot is very modular, so to say... 1. want more dmg, no problemo put there W&H and voila! more armor dmg + weapon dmg 2. want to survive better and have your skills stay longer, Emperor's Guard and you get them both 3. more survivability ? Hell yeah, put a Bellstone and you have armor regen and armor on kill 4. more armor and mods, bingbadabomm put there Chill Out mask and you have them All this modular slot can work if you have a full set Palisade, so anytime you can swap pieces around how you see fit for mission or zone, DZ or LZ... I've got a loadout pretty similar to this where the difference is, I went for 1 Gila instead of 1 Providence. So 1.7m armor and 802k health. Those 2 +60% HP rolls from Palisade and Gila each add about 200k HP, so it's just as much HP as having 1 blue core, 30k more in fact. You can get 18,935 Health on a minor attribute, but the 120% HP from Gila/Palisade turns that 18.9k Health into 43.6k HP, which is like 1/4th of a blue core. I've had this amazing Gila chest for a long time, it dropped with all maxed rolls of skill damage and crit damage, and I knew this chest would be good for something, and it's this kind of build. The reason that I don't use it that much tho is, in the DZ there's just too many 4 man rogue squads, and I don't have enough damage to kill them all quickly, so i use that Umbra setup i mentioned in another thread. But it's pretty alright in 1v1 and farming the DZ in general.
This is so close to the build I mentioned the other day. 😁 Except I use a walker & Harris chest for a little more weapon damage/ damage to armor and fox's knees for dtoc/ more accuracy. But my capacitor still has health damage on it, cause I refuse to reconfigure it, so I kinda need that dtoc. lol
I swear man, I'm not lying, you and I think so alike. My mate can back me up, I've been playing around with similar build, and pretty much I'm using exact same gear like for like, I even did a hybrid similar to this with heal capabilities. Keep up the excellent work my friend 😄😄😄
I stumbled on putting this together almost exactly the same way today, been running something very similar and have been loving it. I'm using it with heals though chem/healerhive for tons of team support and survivability. Great build!!!
Same except I did 2 piece Brazos, two piece palisade and hana-u gloves, skill damage and crit hit damage on everything. Might switch out one of my armor cores for a skill tier to hit tier 6.
Look it’s cheese but in conflict I’ve been rolling a variant of this with 1.5mil armour 5 tier skills and unbreakable on the chest. In conflict I’ve been using bleed hive and shrapnel trap and it’s been dominating teams. What I’ve seen is a scramble in trying to counter it. I use these skills for area denial or holding. With the 263k damage from capacitor also, the build slaps.
It's cool to see a content creator use a different build besides, Strikers, Contractor's, fox's, Catharsis, etc. There's so many other brand sets out there it's like they are scared to use them.
Very versatile juggernaut for an experienced player.......grupo chest spikes CHD and explosive for skill....5.11 health and incoming repairs...healer drone u can mix it up for a few variations well done I did a similar one but it's basically a hybrid skill build
When farming for this I found it easier to craft the PS or BA gear for the chest piece (dependant on your other gear) as they always come with a blue core. The providence piece he has is a bit of a unicorn. It has to drop with those attributes and talent in order to role off the red core for a blue one. Much easier to find it for another slot.
Juggernaut! I still use The Emperor (from your king series) that you designed and it dominates all levels of PVE content, provided cover is used effectively. This build is a masterpiece of engineering. Well done again. I may leverage the ceska chest for extra damage/chance in lieu of headshot that has diminishing returns when stacked with the red/yellow damage cores. Try adding Ranger to a secondary weapon for anything beyond 5m, it will add a variable multiplier that turns the diminishing returns damage curve back the other way!
I've used it for 2 Count Down runs against hunters use the purple hyve on the floor to create Faraday cage for you and the teams. The hunters can not jam that so you can use skills/shields.
What is cool about this build is that you can play DZ PvP but also PvE LZ, without changing something. Sometimes a friend call me to help in one or another zone and most of the time i need to switch build...with this one there is no need.
Ahh a fellow three tier* brazos builder. Nice. I found that in pvp and pve that 60 round mag is nuts. I know in pve I rely on a walker and Harris mask and knee pads to provide bonus damage to armour and damage to health combined with the standard capacitor health damage it destroys probably even more than dtoc
You have no Idea how excited I am for this, I've been holding on to this unbreakable double crit provi chest for so long not knowing what to do with it. I know skill dmg would be better but, still happy to finally be putting this chest to use.
I’m a new player and I tried this build, I thought let me just go for it and not use the typical builds. I can say this is mental, my capacitor is hitting about 623k on crits and my build isn’t even fully optimised and I’m only expertise 7 and I’m gonna take this all the way. I really like it thank you

PVE BUILD: Got a 6 red 1 blue 5 yellow build similar to this style. Stay in cover mainly dual turrets, chest is walker obliterate talent, hollow man mask rolled red with crit damage. 5 pieces of armor have armor regeneration. 5 with crit damage. Mix of old schoool with new school.( b4 update 8)

You probably get ceska chest and have the crit and not waste the headshot. Skill damage with defensive skills? Skill haste probably better with 5 yellows.
Well, the defender drone and shield already come back fast with this amount of skill tiers. I just love the idea of having as much skill dmg as possible if I need to pull out my offensive skills

Brother I put this one together and have been rocking in conflict! It’s legit! I’ve been going with the explosive seeker mine and stronger hive at 5 skill tiers but what other offensive skills would you recommend for PVP/Conflict!
im running this with one piece groupo with skill tier for extra 20% explosive damage with 5tiers with seeker and stinger with capacitor and secondary vector with sadist and duuuude it murders
I appreciate your videos.... same as for any other creator that talks about Division 2. Got into the game about 3 months ago at reached shd level 550... what really bothers me is the fact, that many builds are using the NinjaBike BackPack to take advantage of the gear set bonus... I'm grinding hard for 2 months now, loot settings are always on backpack, running the summit regularely, DZ, etc... no BackPack... I got the 10th Chameleon, alreday 3 different exotic vests, about 10 exotic holsters and gloves, NinjaBike Kneepads and others... Acosta's Go Bag, Memento... Catharsis and Coyote masks... many exotic weapons! It's literally crazy... talked to a guy who had 10 Ninjas dropping for him alone last week... I did 4 countdowns yesterday, preferred loot on Backpacks... 3 were on Challenging and I got an exotic on each run... 1 BTSU Gloves, 1 Ridgeway's Pride Vest, 1 Bullet King (already had all of them, some multiple times)... 1 was on Heroic, no exotic drop at all. I'm grinding and grinding, but it seems my algorithm is fucked... KamikazeeVonDomm bought a cache from Weaver... boom, a NinjaBike BP in there... I go there, and I get an Imperial Dynasty Holster that I also already have... I buy DZ exotic caches, world event caches, etc... NOTHING! Dunno what else to do... if anyone reading this has an algorithm that often drops that backpack, you may let me know and maybe I can join you to farm for that thing... would be much appreciated!
Very nice build and thanks for the video and sharing. I would really like to try this build but i have not the Capasitor. I am at SHD level 1400+. I have tried to farm it on Summit with the 5 challenge but for me it doesn´t drop. I have tried it on every difficult level except Legendary. I don´t know why it doesn´t drop for me.

I thought if the multiple checkpoint resets and starting from floor 1 again and again had something to do with it so i played trough the whole summit and started then from floor 1 with 5 challenges, and no, i didn´t get the Capacitor. I had a brake from Division 2 about 2 years and no i have played about 6 months with a new Agent so i don´t remember if i got the Capacitor then with the old profile that i deleted. I hope that´s the case and will get the Capacitor some day 😁
I had a PVE player who was legendary player and could take on 4 professional DZ players all at once. He just never dies. But when he joined us in a PVE legendary mission Manning Zoo and Tidal Basin, he just kept dying. I kicked him out of my team after I realise he just let the team down. I thought DZ players were god. But that PVE legendary missions showed me he was so horrible as a team player.
I feel you bro, really… But I don’t only play this game. There’s editing involved which takes time & expertise is very time consuming. Add onto this I don’t only play the Division 2. But look at it from this perspective, if my gear isn’t fully optimized & I’m wreaking havok like this just imagine what a fully expertised/optimized version would do 🦾
But these are DZ NPC'S the least hardest enemies in the game ! Take this on console, go to a hyena control point and let's see you at work, don't use a build example in the dz killing those mosquito npc's !

I'm still waiting for an answer to my question ... "How do you have 11% dta on the Capacitor when the max is 10% If I go to my Capacitor, it says item attributes need to be extracted. I heard of the bug but not sure what happened. Any idea?
@@iDentityUS when I go to my library, to assault rifles, attributes, it shows 6% is max. But if I go to my Capacitor and to attributes, it shows I have 10%. It's bugged because the optimization says item needs to be extracted, but library is at max. All AR's are maxed at 6, the Capacitor is an exception. So how do you get the higher attribute?
@@Silver_n_Black514the issue is that since the capacitor is an AR and in general Ar’s are not supposed to have DTA on them. Therefore it’s not available in the extraction library. The only way to get a higher DTA is to Re craft the capacitor until you get the desired percentage

No, because the core skill attributes are what help make the defense skills strong. You can also use skill health to help if you like

Why not add td kard which adds an additional skill tier bring you up to a total of 6 instead of 5 thus not making any changes to your actual build?

Catharsis and Coyote masks... many exotic weapons! It's literally crazy... talked to a guy who had 10 Ninjas dropping for him alone last week... I did 4 countdowns yesterday, preferred loot on Backpacks... 3 were on Challenging and I got an exotic on each run... 1 BTSU Gloves, 1 Ridgeway's Pride Vest, 1 Bullet King (already had all of them, some multiple times)... 1 was on Heroic, no exotic drop at all.
I'm grinding and grinding, but it seems my algorithm is fucked... KamikazeeVonDomm bought a cache from Weaver... boom, a NinjaBike BP in there... I go there, and I get an Imperial Dynasty Holster that I also already have... I buy DZ exotic caches, world event caches, etc... NOTHING! Dunno what else to do... if anyone reading this has an algorithm that often drops that backpack, you may let me know and maybe I can join you to farm for that thing... would be much appreciated!

Very nice build and thanks for the video and sharing. I would really like to try this build but i have not the Capasitor. I am at SHD level 1400+. I have tried to farm it on Summit with the 5 challenge but for me it doesn´t drop. I have tried it on every difficult level except Legendary. I don´t know why it doesn´t drop for me.
Go to countdown and target loot for Assault Rifles, you’ll have a better chance farming it that way

@@iDentityUS FYI. I just tried again. I thought if the multiple checkpoint resets and starting from floor 1 again and again had something to do with it so i played trough the whole summit and started then from floor 1 with 5 challenges, and no, i didn´t get the Capacitor. I had a brake from Division 2 about 2 years and no i have played about 6 months with a new Agent so i don´t remember if i got the Capacitor then with the old profile that i deleted. I hope that´s the case and will get the Capacitor some day 😁

I had a PVE player who was legendary player and could take on 4 professional DZ players all at once. He just never dies. But when he joined us in a PVE legendary mission Manning Zoo and Tidal Basin, he just kept dying. I kicked him out of my team after I realise he just let the team down. I thought DZ players were god. But that PVE legendary missions showed me he was so horrible as a team player.
Pve is not the same as PvP

So do we have to get a new capacitor to get “damage to targets out of cover”? My current one has damage to health.
Recalibrate it and you could get lucky with a DTA roll instead of the health you currently have

I feel you bro, really… But I don’t only play this game. There’s editing involved which takes time & expertise is very time consuming. Add onto this I don’t only play the Division 2. But look at it from this perspective, if my gear isn’t fully optimized & I’m wreaking havok like this just imagine what a fully expertised/optimized version would do 🦾

But these are DZ NPC'S the least hardest enemies in the game ! Take this on console, go to a hyena control point and let's see you at work, don't use a build example in the dz killing those mosquito npc's !
You can make this build and try for yourself, respectfully I already know it works that way…

If I go to my Capacitor, it says item attributes need to be extracted. I heard of the bug but not sure what happened. Any idea?

@@iDentityUS when I go to my library, to assault rifles, attributes, it shows 6% is max. But if I go to my Capacitor and to attributes, it shows I have 10%.
It's bugged because the optimization says item needs to be extracted, but library is at max. All AR's are maxed at 6, the Capacitor is an exception. So how do you get the higher attribute?

@@Silver_n_Black514the issue is that since the capacitor is an AR and in general Ar’s are not supposed to have DTA on them. Therefore it’s not available in the extraction library. The only way to get a higher DTA is to Re craft the capacitor until you get the desired percentage
