Thank you, Mr. Swan. I understand. I’m talking about audio quality and that cannot be fixed through replay time. We all have a lot of stuff thrown at us and a lot of it is good and important - I want to participate in the conversations that my national cathedral puts out. it is a sign of respect for the community when you take the time to have the most rudimentary audio quality. I don’t need to say more and I don’t feel comfortable about this feedback because I know it seems rude, but that’s it and I will leave it at that.appreciate the programming.
I’m glad y’all are doing this and I really wanted to hear a conversation between Dean Hollerith and Jim Wallis especially in this critical moment with the rise of Christian nationalism. But the acoustics are terrible. Y’all need an actual sound person who knows what they are doing. I’m sorry to be rude, but there’s just no reason for even a small parish much less national cathedral to be posting something with such poor sound.
Pause the video then at the top right corner of the screen: Tap "CC" (Closed Captions) for subtitled text to appear (tap "CC" again to cancel this) AND/OR Tap "⚙️" (Playback Settings) then tap "Speed" BOX then select a slower playback speed then tap "OK" Resume playing the video 🙂
That’s great if you are watching the screen, but not if you drive while listening to conversations, or do yardwork or bathe your child or get your morning exercise.
The Playback Speed option I mentioned provides either three-quarter, half or one-quarter speed choices which then slows down both the vision and the audio. 🙂

Sorry those changes didn't help. I'm sure WNC is also sorry your audio experience wasn't optimal. 🙂
