    Great job on this video! It really showcases the suite across different elements of a mix. I'll be grabbing this one real soon!

    You're very talented, man. I'm sure you would make any plugin sound amazing because the music itself is just so good! That being said, Camel is dope!

    It is such a pleasure to listen to you turn those dials. Fun! It was. Sounds great. Now that I have heard you go through the plug-in I can really appreciate camels tonal qualities. And it is 50% off right now to boot. Not to sound like a jerk I have a 35% discount coupon I can use on top of the 50% reduction. So, this is the one to use my coupon on Yish? Because I was also hoping Cobalt would go on sale. What do you think? Get camel or wait for Cobalt? Thanks again to the wonderful music and mixing.

      I'm sitting at 30% :) I think if you're waiting for Cobalt to go on sale, get it during the Black Friday sales which are a little less than 4 weeks away. The Camel sale is only until the Nov. 20th and I"m not sure if they'll include it in the Black Friday sales since it's new. I'd say to trial both of them and see which one you prefer... and one of the best ways to trial a plugin suite is to run an entire mix using ONLY that plugin

    Nice track, like the soulful stuff.
    This AA release looks really good, and it's tempting (I love the Sand suite). Might get it, hmm...

    Love your productions and your no bullshit process. Out of curiosity, what VI, you using for drums and bass? Sounds so tight..

    new to your channel, what the top 7 plugin you used on ever mix for vocals or mastering

    • @Yishinyourear
      @Yishinyourear  3 года назад +1

      Hmm...Nebula 4, (mic,tape, console), Sand Eq, Sand Compressor, Waves SSL channel, Waves Smack Attack, SEGX2 Gate, IZ Tonal Balance.
      For getting songs loud i throw Slate FG-X on it and keep it moving, im not even sniffing at learning mastering at this stage right now.
      Keep in mind though I mostly compose and produce music so i use alot of these tools to twist sounds into how I imagined them.

      If you're in the mixing phase, Reaper. If making music or recording, Cubase

      @Yishinyourear word ... if you don't mind me asking, do you master in the same daw , I'm currently using Sequoia, love it, but found Reaper technology holds the acustica very well ,I just jumped in the AA world, I use waves , and palliance , love the SSl compressor, but AA has some great plugs 🔌 ..

    • @Yishinyourear
      @Yishinyourear  6 месяцев назад +1

      For quick mastering/loudness, I use whatever daw I'm in.
      For serious mastering(ep/album mastering) I use Studio One 5, it has a project mastering section
