Dude, Your Triton there in Malaysia has a lot of differences compared to the triton here in the Philippines. Sports bar at the back, front bumpers, upholstery and a lot more.

i test drive before.. and also i'm an owner of 2018 navara (190ps, 450nm).. all i can say.. it will only go once it's on the run.. but pick-up wise from still.. for me navara still won.. there is a throttle lag response in the triton... unlike navara, once you floor it, the car will straight away jump to high speed. it may sound bias, but do let me know what you guys think about it if you guys did test drive both of this before..

my mom own triton and i've driven it plenty of times. i do agree that there is lag during initial acceleration but overall the car feels comfortable and refined for a pickup truck

Mechanically tune Triton turbo slightly and it will overtake Revo 2.8L 205PS 500Nm like nothing.... 🙄 Done it many times while hauling ~350kg in the back against Revo 2.8 with empty buckets.
