    Hello! I notice on (4:03) you used the formula l=(x2-x1)2+(y1-y2)2 which is wrong. The correct formula for finding the length is l=(x1-x2)2+(y1-y2)2. Either way, it results the same answer. Just wanted to share if anyone gets confused. Overall thanks for sharing this exercises as I am learning a lot from your videos.

    Good one sir but I have a good question please. Our teacher gave us this question and solved it like this.. 1. A particle moves from point B (0,0) to point B (3,6). Find the distance covered by the particle. She used the formula y2-y1/x2-x1 to solve it. Is the formula right sir..
    2. Given that a point changes from (3,4) to (6,10). Find the change in position. She used the same formula , y2-y1/x2-x1. Is she right.. what is the correct formula to be used sir.. I need ur urgent reply sir.. thanks

    Just want to know why 9 minus -3 is 12 not 6. Thank you!

    • @QUBIQUBED
      @QUBIQUBED 2 года назад +1

      This is because of subtraction of negative numbers.
      What happens when you add a negative number to a positive one? You get 9+(-3)
      this can be simplified into 9-3 = 6.
      Now we're doing the opposite of this, so naturally 9-(-3) can be simplified into 9+3. 9+3 = 12
