You Need to practis alot. Use a good range from light colors to dark. Blend the color good together so it looks smooth. Good paper like Lightfast from dervent, pencil from caran ‚ ache, Lightfast pencil or prismacolor are the best colored pencil out there But Frist you need to start drawing like him. He draws for about 20 years now, so he drew tons of art. The best tip is to just Start. You will fail, but aslong you Unterstand your mistakes, and learn to make it right, then you will see, After 1 year you are much better.
