separating them forces me to intake the japanese. cus i need to read along for the most part to comprehend it, but i hate when i accidentally cheat n see the english hahaha. its really helpful.
this is like total random topic but in japanese... i like it, this is what i really need, never i have thought this will occur in form of podcast. Loved it.
I now always say "何で?" right after people say "はい!元気!" everytime I ask them "さいきん、元気だった?" And my Japanese friends are always shock like they wanna ask me "what do you mean by 何で?" Is saying 何で? Not a polite way of asking people how have they been or am I being intrusive ? LOL
yep, but it also depends on how you say it. saying 何で will likely have an implication of; "huh, you're happy? why is that?" like you're surprised. although, using it should be fine if you're somewhat close friends. just like in the video, it would have a weird, comedic effect since normally no one ever replies to うん、元気だよ with a え?何で? つまり『何で』って返すと気まずい状況になるんだけどその気まずさこそがいい!
This video has it all. Japanese learning, comedy, philosophy, sushi recommendations, romance, ASMR. What a masterpiece.
i like bron's personality and subtle expressions, also he's humorous
Love this channel! Thank you!
I like how the subtitles are separated; English on top and Japanese on the bottom.
