As good as a Mozart… I love this, middle movement is a treasure… in itself!

Tepper Michael.

It happens that one and the same Spiritual Being can inspire several people: from here - similarities, but also differences in their creativity - everything depends on the individualities!!! Tepper Michael.

This is very comparable to Mozart's middle concertos such as numbers 12-19. The slow movement shows much pathos and beauty.

Dusek's style reminds me of Paisiello.

True Brian, but Franz Dusek is more innovative and "original" than Wolfgang ever was; especially given that he was born 25 years before Mozart, makes his works even more remarkable and outstanding than ever. There are clear (early) elements of the Romantic in certain of his works, including this one.

This is not the famous Jan Wladislav Dussek. This was another composer with the same surname, but born and dead earlier than Jan Wladislav.
