lmao i use to work at a restaurant and I've had experience in other places like Walmart so whenever I started talking to the co-owner I organized the walk in the back qnd freezers all Walmart style which is the most efficient way. on top of that I put away 3 BIG trucks away in 2 hours meanwhile it took them 3 employees plus the sue chef to unload 2 trucks in 5 hours and they didn't even finish/ do it correctly.
