During the ashibumi,he used the method of日置流,but in uchiokoshi,he used the method in 小笠原流, I haven't heard that we can shoot the arrow in this way(anyway,it is a good show)

Surely. He did ASHIBUMI in a two-step way.And He did UCHIOKOSHI with a bow in front. But It's not the wrong way. In Japan, his shooting method is called BUSHA-KEI(武射系).Perhaps the method you call 小笠原流 is called REISHA-KEI(礼射系).
礼射系 has its roots in 小笠原流 and 武射系 has its roots in 日置流.
However, some 日置流 people hold a bow in front. For example, HEKIRYU-CHIKURINHA-HONDARYU(日置流竹林派本多流). Most of the teachers who have roots in 本多流 will be in the style of 武射系.

To be more precise, he actually used the methods sanctioned by ZNKR, not by a particular ryu. And it's not only the way he does ashibumi or uchiokoshi. You can tell what he will do the second he enters the dojo, by how he is holding the arrows. It is all described in the official manual.
