उकडलेला बटाटा 1 मध्यम आकाराचा
बारीक चिरलेला कांदा 1मध्यम आकाराचा
मीठ चवीनुसार
बेकिंग सोडा चिमुटभर
बेसन 1 वाटी
कोथिंबीर थोडीशी
वडे तळण्यासाठी तेल
वाटण्याचे साहित्य:-
मिरची 4-5
लसुण 10-15 पाकळ्या
आलं 1-1 1/2 इंच
फोडणीसाठी साहित्य:-
तेल 1 चमचा
मोहरी 1/4 चमचा
जीरे 1/4 चमचा
हिंग चिमूटभर
हळद चिमूटभर

पण फोडणीचा भात फारसा आवडीने कुणी खाणार नाही तो शिल्लकच राहिलं आणि वडे सर्वांनाच आवडतात ते लगेच संपतील. शिवाय वड्यामध्ये भात आहे हे समोरच्या व्यक्तीला माहित नाही आणि दोघांच्या चवीमध्ये फरक आहे.
