We started an annual tea party last summer that includes her close gal pals, their daughters and me. (We “clutch our pearls” in jest at times during the tea 😂.) Now I have a good GF scone recipe to serve along with GF lemon curd sugar cookie cups, tea sandwiches and GF Reese’s brownie cups. Congratulations 🍾🎉🎊🎈 on 59k !!!! I’ve been making this recipe for years, not gluten free, & it’s wonderful not to add butter, just the cream or even yogurt works or a mix of milk & cream, but they are best eaten on the day of baking , I love them straight out the oven with some butter, oh & I don’t add the sugar as there is enough sugar in the jam if using it 😋
