Thanks for taking us on your walk! When I heard the smacking of the snow under the tires, I thought "hopefully winter will be over soon"👋🏻😁. I still have two questions: what kind of well-kept building was that from minute 10 ? So why didn't you wait to see who got out of the car? Maybe that really was the king 🫅🏻? I would definitely have stopped. For me, moments like this are very exciting👏🏼🤳👀
@@Bor.der.Collie Hi! Here is what I found about that building at Bogstadveien 12. In the 19th century, a large villa built for C.F. Køkeritz, with park to the corner Bogstadveien/Professor Dahls gate/street. The current building was designed by Ove Ekman and built in 1887 for the Vestre Arbeidersamfund. Three storeys in plastered brick with a forward middle section towards Eilert Sundts gate/street. Characteristic arched windows on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Rosenborg theater was located here 1921-45. Converted to warehouse 2006 by A38 Arkitekter.
Great walking tour, my friend!

@@leifolsen3230 Wow no potholes. Is it cause of good taxes? Is this rush hour?
