My first bije was an ACE100B. So much fun, that rear sprocket was so big it could climb as well as 175`s and honda 4 strokes.

This was the first bike I bought brand new back in the early 70's for I think $385. This bike started my life long love of enduro riding.

I see a lot of original invoices doing this kind of work. $385 might get you tires and tubes.

@Motorcyclesymmetry Times and prices have definitely changed. Back in 1976 I bought my first truck. It was a brand new Dodge D100 for a whopping $2,800.

My friend had this bike back then and I got the ride it and it was a great riding bike but it didn't have a fantastic amount of power imagine this bike with a 250cc two-stroke Yamaha engine upgraded it would be an awesome animal

It would be great if a company recreated the Hodaka experience, I don't think that the Government, the EPA, and others would allow it.

If idiots can still "roll coal" I think we can get away with it somehow.

Did the tank clear the front of the frame ?
I've heard some of them are a bit narrow at the front and are a tight fit on the frame
I do have one but haven't tried it on a bike yet

Yes it clears. It’s tight but it clears. If you have a powdered frame you may need to sand it down a bit based on my experience.

      Thanks
If need be I'd shave a little off the frame and plate it with flat steel if you understand what I mean
I've been thinking of getting one of their aluminium tanks as well
