Sir pls seek your guidance on another query as to what to do if already last plot which is East facing (with 30 ft front road) is purchased. There were 2 last plots on both side of the lane. This is NOT a dead end plot where the road hits. Our intent is to leave a 10 feet passage inside our compound wall inside our main gate for car parking, towards the North side of the plot and construct G+2 house also to add that on the North side of the plot there is this 8 feet high boundary of the colony and across this boundary there is another 20 feet wide but long service lane for adjacent colony which is clean.

Sit always thanks for all the valuable inputs..You have not said anything on vidisha plots. If you can pls guide on plot for commercial use which is vidisha plot, like if we consider a rectangular plot / square plot, one corner of the front side is East and other front corner is South, front is main road. Should one purchase the same or not ??

But this cut is not for my plot area, it is shown curve road direction.

Sir,i have purchased plot (residential purpose)which is west open (west side society road 9mtr)and North -East corner is extended means north side I got 69 feet long and south side I got 64 feet long..width is 32 feet..
Pls can you confirm ,is it north east extended with gaumukhi as per vedio?
Also home construction ll be have open space more at front side (west side) and 6-8 feet back side(eastside)..

Sir the plot is slightly exetended to the north east but outside the plot there is a room of someone else in north east corner which does not change the shape of the plot....please guide the benefits and cons

Thanks for nice video.I have one query.In 90% cases we find irregular shape plot untill unless plotting is done . Non of us can find a perfect square or rectangular shape.So how much plot shape matters? Finally we construct a house by taking rectangular or square shape only.so is it net usable space which is of more importance or plot shape?
No... don't waste the space. Just divide the whole plot into two by burying a thin copper wire on joint. Then treat each plot as separate entity. Thanks & Regards: Dr. Anand Bhardwaj

My plot is rectangular. Roads 22ft in South and 11ft in East. Main gate in South of southeast. 2nd small gate in East of North East. 9ft open in South nd 6ft open in north. I can leave space in north side. East side space will be bigger than west. Asper north it's small. South side space will be bigger than East and west.
